the cleanse starts

This is another new blog for Eddie tomorrow i start a journey that i have wanted to for a long time.  Though this journey my body, mind and spirit will be changed.  Though this journey the lives of others will be changed too.  I am so excited to open this chapter in my life and commit to a great body and a great life for myself.  I hope that you will come back to this blog and read up on the journey.  This is the first step.  I look forward to giving my blunt and honest opinion and perception of this journey.
