Today was my first day on my new isagenix journey. I have to say it has been a fun and positive day over all. Putting good things in the body when you have filled it for years with bad things there are to be expected some side effects. but i have had a great day with my kids and at work. Even without the caffeine that i intake on a daily basis I felt a deeper energy. I have been fuzzy most the day but again that is to be expected with the amount caffeine I was normally intake to none. Over all i am proud of the day. Thanks again for reading i will be posting as much as possible. My first full cleanse day is Wednesday. So excited and so ready.
