Very awesome day 3

Today was totally different then the first two.  I felt a energy inside of me i normally don't feel.  It was great. the caffeine withdraws stopped for the most part and i feel awesome.  It is amazing what happens when you start to put good things in your body.  At first your body resists the change.  After the withdraws you seem to have a release.  i know that this will change a lot in my life.  i am very happy with the products i am using and really enjoying this change.  Weight has not come off but it will.  My mindset is what is changing the most making better decisions is always the best change that you can make.
